Over 2000 Location Files Donated to BCFC's Digital Library Drive
A big thank you to all those who participated in the BCFC's recent location library donation drive. "The campaign was a tremendous success and will be a good boost to the Film Commission's efforts in marketing the Province to producers" remarked Production Services Manager Julie Bernard. "We appreciate the efforts of those who were willing to share some of their resources with their fellow Locations colleagues" notes Bernard.
The 2005 new files represent an increase of 18% more locations to the Commission's over 11,000 files. Seventeen Location Scouts, ALMs & Managers participated.
A special thanks to the corporate sponsors who generously donated prizes for the donation drive contest.
