From glaciers and mountain-fed lakes to farm communities and small industrial towns, BC’s north is the hinterland with a heart. The region represents over 65 percent of BC’s spectacular and varied landscape.

The region is home to four distinct seasons, extensive and diverse forests, rugged mountains, farm land and spectacular coastal fjords.
