White Rock is located in the southwest corner of the Lower Mainland, 45 kilometres from Vancouver and only five minutes to the Canada/US border.

White Rock is a seaside community clustered around an eight kilometre sandy beach and the warm shallow waters of Semiahmoo Bay.

The City of White Rock's objective is to help facilitate the motion picture film industry in its production endeavours by providing a centralized and efficient procedure for obtaining City Authorization necessary for filming-on-location in White Rock.
