Soirée Gala & Auction returns on Thursday, June 24th at the sleek and sexy Nu Restaurant + Lounge in Vancouver. Playing host to BC's movers and shakers, Soirée is truly a feast for the senses. Festivities start with a decadent cocktail reception, followed by a fine wine and food experience. The evening continues with live entertainment, a silent and live auction featuring priceless items and experiences, a spectacular grand prize raffle, and much more!

The Whistler Film Festival Society, a registered charity established in 2001, produces one of Canada’s leading film festivals and plays a leadership role in offering professional development programs and opportunities for filmmakers and youth. We celebrate Canadian films, nurture filmmakers and attract the best international films. Filmmakers and the public take part in programs throughout the year, culminating in our five-day festival that marks the beginning of the ski season in Whistler.

2010 marks the 10th anniversary of the Whistler Film Festival and our mission to celebrate, promote and develop film and the stories that inspire them. Our vision is for Whistler to be the pre-eminent destination that connects the art and business of film. Whistler will be home to one of top film festivals in the world and one of Canada's most digitally advanced theatres, and will be an epicenter for advanced training for professionals in screen-based entertainment.

Tickets to Soirée are $125 per person or $1,000 per party of 10 (includes 10 tickets). Tax receipts will be issued for the maximum allowable amount.
