2) PASSPORT TO MARKETS SITE ANNOUNCED
STRATEGIC PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL CO-PRODUCTION CONFERENCE (Halifax, Nova Scotia):
September 15 - 18, 2011
Introduced in 1998 as Canada’s first ever conference focused on co-production, Strategic Partners occurs during the Atlantic Film Festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Three days of seminars, workshops and one-on-one meetings will bring together a select and intimate group of producers, financiers, distributors and broadcasters from across the world and Canada.
Registration for Strategic Partners has now passed, however BC Film will be accepting applications from BC resident producers who have projects with all or partial financing in place and/or are suitable for co-production opportunities and who have been selected by the Strategic Partners organizers.

3) PASSPORT TO MARKETS SITE ANNOUNCED
INTERNATIONAL FINANCING FORUM (Toronto, ON):
September 10 - 12, 2011
Taking place during the Toronto International Film Festival, the International Financing Forum (IFF) is a feature film co-financing event that brings together selected international and Canadian producers developing English language projects to do business in a relaxed atmosphere of brokered meetings and networking opportunities with international sales agents, distributors, funders, agents, and executive producers.
Registration for IFF has now passed, however BC Film will be accepting applications from BC resident feature film producers with at least one producer credit on a theatrically released feature, as well as a minimum of 1-2 feature projects in development suitable for international co-production who have been selected by the IFF organizers.
